"Having Donna as a Life Coach has helped me to recognize my own strengths, to value myself and to help me discover who I am and what I want for my life. She is supportive, non-judgmental and wonderful! She helped me to believe that it's not important how I started my journey but how I end it. She truly is a great life coach!" - Ms. J. Kaplan
"Convincing my 19 and 21 year olds to seek coaching was not the easiest thing in the world for me to do. However, once they've met Donna during their consultation, they felt an instant connection with her warm and funny personality. My oldest shared how she loves the techniques Donna used during some of her sessions, stating that they were "different and fun". She couldn't believe all the things Donna has gotten her to think about, which has helped her look at situations from a different perspective. It's only been a couple of sessions with Donna, and my children are communicating more, not only with my husband and me, but with one another. I can see their efforts to do more with one another, and it's such a pleasure to watch them laugh and enjoy each other's company again.
I would recommend coaching to anyone who is curious about it, as were we. It's so worth the investment! With all the money people spend on copayments for a therapist, they're better off finding a good coach for a couple of sessions, like we have, and move forward with their lives. I would recommend Donna to anyone looking for a good coach. Thanks Donna!" - Jennifer from Great Neck
"Your just wonferful!! So nice to see someone found their " calling " in life!! : )" - Anonymous from N.Y.
"Donna had me create action steps that have helped me cope with my divorce. I've learned to take my energy, which I was using towards anger, and put it towards other things that make me happy. I'm now practicing yoga a couple of times a week, and I'm feeling much more relaxed and in control of my emotions. My family has noticed a difference in me. I'm smiling and laughing again, and enjoying life more." - Debbie from Wantagh
"Most people don't have very many choices. But the ones who do struggle in which direction To go forth in. Facing fear and anguish. I am that person, my most difficult time in life was when I was choosing Empire State College and I got stuck between a hard place and a rock so I reached out for some feedback and met an angel, Donna. A very sweet and kind person who kept everything 110% real with me. Donna gave me peace of mind and supported everything she said to me with great pride and facts. She also attended Empire State college and gave me her honest opinion.i met Donna by messaging her from the Empire State college page and had no idea she is a life coach, I learned sooo much from her because of her openness to helping me. She touches lives because she touched mine!" - fatema Yasmin
"Before being coached by Donna, I was feeling depressed and anxious, with no one else to blame but myself. I made a habit of creating excuses as to why I couldn't do things for myself. During my coaching sessions, I came to realize that deep down inside I didn't think I mattered enough to put any time or energy into what I wanted, putting other people's happiness before mine. Through my sessions, I have learned that I do matter. The more I've learned to take care of my needs before others, the happier I became. The happier I became, the more confident I became. With my new confidence, I was able to see changes that needed to be made in my life. I no longer make excuses, I make goals, and run towards them! I am currently still in sessions with Donna to work on other areas of my life, and look forward to seeing results. My friend, who was also a client of Donna, still writes in her journal that Donna gave to her in her first session. Through Donna we have become even closer, watching over each other and cheering each other on as we achieve our goals." -Lisa from Bellmore.
"Donna, Even though we have only just got started, I feel like I am receiving benefits already. I feel more positive than I have for a long time, and hopeful that I can continue to move ahead of where I am now to get to the place where I want to be! I am finding ways to start with those baby steps and not be ashamed that I did not complete a whole job in one sitting. Thank you for your encouraging words. Although Dystonia is not a nice thing, I think finding you will be one of the best things to come out of it! Looking forward to chatting with you more on Tuesday. I have started a simple journal and a Coaching related aspect as well. I have also made myself a special book with a page a day which I am using to prioritize what things, both large and small that I hope to accomplish on a given day. I had this made up at Staples." - Chris from Canada
"I have so much to thank Donna for. I've had a rocky relationship with my teenage daughter for years. When reality hit me that she was going to be out of the house and on her own when starting college this September, I knew I had to do something in order to heal things between us. That's when I reached out to Donna, and my relationship with my daughter immediately started to change. After only a couple of sessions, I've learned to see things in a different perspective and handle them differently. My daughter even joined me in one of the sessions and we were communicating and laughing again. Now that my daughter is off to college, I am confident that our relationship will only keep growing. Thanks again Donna!" - Joyce from Merrick
